I have, as most with children and the luxury of transport, spent a considerable amount of time waiting for them in my car (I now have a loyal sidekick, which makes it more fun)! But while I have been waiting, I have had lots of time to think. And there is nothing truer than imagining that if we just sit and wait, change will happen. It won't, we have to be the change. We have to change our thought pattern from negative to positive, and we have to dress up and show up. We have to start with accountability, and making the change happen that we want to see.
