This might not be a lion, but it is a bird of prey...terrible pic, but I only had my phone with me to snap it. I am continually amazed that there are enormous birds of prey continually circling the neighbourhood, looking for fat squirrels to eat, and occasionally perching on the chimney or roof! It is amazing that there seems to be a balance of relatively peaceful coexistence! I do always check the cat's whereabouts when I see them circling above though!!!
