January 17: Breakfast at the diner

Breakfast is definitely the most important meal of the day, and made fun with an unexpected date yesterday with Nic since we both had the day off! We headed for the diner, and enjoyed a delicious breakfast of pancakes and an omelette! Yum, it was such a treat at the start of a busy year. Time out helps to put things in perspective, and reset the rush.
