This is still amazing for me to witness, having grown up where jobs are scarce and people have had to become resourceful, often at the expense of others. It has been years since yards have not been fenced in with six-foot high walls, and electric fences, let alone trade equipment and tools left out overnight for the next day. Every time I see this it still amazes me, that generally in this area, there is enough honesty and respect that things of value are left untouched!
